1. How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add your items to the cart, and check out using our secure payment
options. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us ASAP at [customerservice@mypowa.co.za]. We'll do our best to assist!
3. Do I need an account to order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders and save your
info for faster checkout and also get notified when your favourite is restocked.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We ship across South Africa. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery — items must be unworn and in original condition. Email us to initiate a return.
2. Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

1. How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us
for advice.
2. Are your products unisex?
Most of our activewear is unisex — look out for size recommendations in the product descriptions.
3. Will items restock if sold out?
We restock bestsellers regularly. Join our mailing list or use the “Notify Me” option on the product page to stay in the loop.
